Alice is the Social Enterprise Employer Liaison with IASIO’s Recruit & Retain Services.  In her role, she supports Social Enterprises who wish to recruit talented people who happen to have a criminal past. Having worked as a criminal barrister within the criminal justice system for many years, I firmly believe that helping people who want to move forward is key to reducing reoffending and benefits society as a whole.  Access to education and job opportunities are crucial in that regard.

Lecturer in Criminology -

Maynooth University

Dr. Ian Marder is Lecturer in Criminology at Maynooth University Department of Law. I care about this because everyone commits a crime at some point in their lives, and everyone benefits from education. Being unlucky enough to get caught doing the former, should not prevent someone from accessing the latter.
